Parker is the secret identity of the costumed hero Spider-Man, who has yet to
make a costumed appearance in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. His only
appearance to date was being pressed into service by the Wasp to take a group
picture of the Avengers in the last issue of their comic LS.
