Nah - instead, this is where I'm tossing links to those who have a presence on the WWW, and my functional definition of 'friend' is anyone (or anything) to whom I feel a link of friendship, regardless of how tenuous the link - in short, this is my Links page, and why would I link to anyone who wasn't my friend???
