"Operation: Rebirth" features Captain America (and Nick Fury), with Cap being the first hero to cross over into the X-men Evolution universe!
Avengers Cartoons
Captain America was guest-star in the third episode of the first season; a couple of minor changes in the costume, but the animation was incredibly sloppy, with frame-by-frame continuity errors (ears covered, ears uncovered, coloring mistakes, etc.).
Spider-Man Cartoons
Captain America palyed a prominent part in two of the 1995 episode arcs "Six Forgotten Warriors" (including other Golden Age heroes Keene Marlowe/Destroyer (voice by Roy Dotrice), Miss America (voice by Kathy Garver), Omar Mosley/Black Marvel (voice by Paul Winfield), Bob Frank/Whizzer (voice by Walter Edmiston), and Thunderer (voice by Hansford Rowe). Captain America's voice was played by David Hayter) and "Secret Wars". Each of the story arcs are five episodes long, which is approximately 100 minutes of storyline.
The 1960's Captain America Cartoon
In the 1960s Marvel Comics made a series of animated features out of their stock of comics, including a series featuring Captain America stories from the Avengers and Tales Of Suspense. One tape re-releasing several of them and an episode of "Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends" was released in 1985 ("The Origin Of Captain America" and "The Capture Of Captain America"). Some of the episodes have recently been re-released by Best Film & Video Corp.
